If we could give 0 stars we would. Been a loyal customer to these for years simply because they’re open late and local, nothing special. However tonight they want to leave me waiting for over an hour to then tell me that they came to the house and we didn’t answer the door. They definitely didn’t because we’d of heard it as the door is loud which is WHY I asked in the notes to call us. 0 missed calls an hour later I call them to see where my food is and they tell me that they rang!!! LIARS! They said there must be something wrong with my phone which there isn’t as I’ve called them plenty of time for him to give me ATTITUDE and hang up numerous times!!!

Absolutely appalled by the customer service and the fact they closed for a few months and re-opened as the same name just switched around is VERY suspicious.

You phone up, looking at the menu but ask some questions '' he says ring back as he is to busy '' so you order after being harassed quickly. It comes and you can smell that the oil needs changing and they just pile the chips, cheese, chilli/garlic cheese on, trying to get to the chips without burning your mouth is impossible.
