I honestly cannot write enough good things about Haven Seashore! We arrived Last Friday 28th June and are due to leave Tomorrow morning so we've stayed for 7 nights and we are absolutely gutted to be leaving.

We drove down from Scotland and had pre registered our registration plate via the haven app so after a very long drive we got to the front gate were handed our 'I've arrived' mirror hanger and told.that we could drive straight to our caravan as our key was inside. When we got to the door there was a security sticker over the edge making sure no one else had gained access and that was us.

The only thing I would say is the PARK IS HUGE!! Download the park map via the website or the app before you get there as the WiFi signal is proper pants at times but this seems to be a general Great Yarmouth thing. There is ample easy parking every where. Alot of the caravans have their own wee parking places but don't worry if yours doesn't I gaurentee you'll be able to park right near anyway.

Our caravan was a Bronze level one. There was myself,my husband our our Three Children who are 13, 9 and 7. The 5 of us stayed here absolutely no bother at all. The eldest had her own room, the two wee ones shared a twin and my self and the husband took the double until my insomnia kicked in so I set myself up on the fold out bed in the living room which was great! The caravan was extremely clean and well kept. The bedrooms were small but we literally slept here as we were busy every single day.

That being said Seashore it's a great hub to stay at for the surrounding areas! We visited Pleasurewood Hills Theme park in lowestoft, Pettitts Animal Adventure Park in Reedham, The Pleasure Beach, California Cliffs Beach and Great Yarmouth Centre over the course of the week. All worth a visit and all less than 30 minutes drive in any direction.

Back to the Caravan though, I was happy to see lino/Wood floors as opposed to carpets as it was so much easier sweeping the floors. We have stayed with other parks (not Haven) and vans are carpeted but you aren't given a hoover and over the week it becomes a nightmare.

Outside of the caravan we used the water park, booked some activities and used the entertainment complex daily. My youngest two had Archery coaching on our 1st morning. The instructor was fantastic with them both and was very patient with my son who was a little excitable due to his ADHD. He was informative and extremely encouraging. Well worth giving this a go with the kids. I wish we had booked it more than once actually.

We booked the water park for three sessions over the week and we had so much fun going down the flumes and the slides, getting dunked under the big bucket playing on the big play area...its honestly the best water park/pool we've had at a caravan park. You go along just before your booked sessions time and you get given a wee rubber wrist band to wear. Every 15 minutes a colour will be called to say that their 1hour time slot is up so listen out for your colour being called so you know when to exit the pool. They do hold up a card and then place this under the clock to make sure you are aware. YOU MUST Pre book your pool time. I don't think you can just show up but you can always ask once you get here.

The Entertainment in the club was absolutely phenomenal. The team members were definitely the best we have encountered at any park we have ever been to. Sophie, Paige, Dylan, Kai, Imogen, Chloe, Abbey, Jordan and Kelvin! I cannot pick one who stood out the most as they were all utterly fantastic and just completed our holiday by being the cherries on top! From putting on shows, solo performances, playing games, leading party dances to chatting to the kids...they were honestly amazing. The interaction with us sat in the bar was great. They would come right out to the back to chat to parents and kids that maybe didn't want to be up on the floor. My kids especially loved this team from Nathan's wee crush on Sophie to Thea finding kindred Swifties and giving bracelets to Dylan and Chloe, they have just had...

Haven Seashore Holiday Park was amazing! I’ve previously used Haven a couple of times in Wales, but travelling up from London, Great Yarmouth was easier to get to by train. Once we arrived at Great Yarmouth station, there was a taxi rank and the driver that picked us up knew the Seashore and the local area. At the entrance, our key and information pack was given to us. We were only given one key, which isn’t enough for a family with four, including two adults. Because if we split up, the others without a key, had to stay indoors or wherever they were. The staff at the entrance were lovely and once we had our key and pack, the taxi was allowed to drive us straight to our door. The taxi fee was less than £10 and could pay by touch card payment. We stayed in one of the sea view places, which was really beautiful and purposefully away from the noise of the entertainment and main park, but everything easy to get to. The rooms were good, I had the adult room, which was spacious, had a small TV, and an en suit shower with toilet. At home, I just have one bathroom and toilet, so this was a real treat having it all to myself and grateful my family let me have it, because the holiday was my treat to them. The kitchen we loved, and wish we had it at home. We made use of the dishwasher and washing machine, and there was a broom, dust pan, mop, bucket and bin. There were some crumbs in the utensil drawers, so I gave them a good clean. We used the larger bucket as a kitchen bin, and the small bin in the living area. But as a woman, I needed a small bin in the bathrooms too, so I would recommend bringing or buying a small bin, if you have women or and teen girls in your group. We had an outdoor area, with a table and chairs, so we could sit and enjoy our view. There was a big bin nearby, to dispose of household waste, but you can’t smell them, they’re far enough away. We were allowed to BBQ, and I also saw a notice on the rules for BBQing. I had called the telephone line on arrival day for advice and the day before about leaving. The first call was great, the second call was rushed and the woman I spoke to kept trying to rush me off the phone, which was off putting. But I also dropped in on checkout day, and they were calm and helpful, so maybe I caught them at a stressful time. There’s a Nisa on site, compared to London, the prices weren’t too bad. But there’s a C1 bus, that goes straight from the park, to the Pleasure Beach area, and near there is a massive Sainsbury’s supermarket, it’s just roughly a 10 minute journey and there’s a bus roughly every 12 minutes. Also, part of the bus is open top, so it’s a great way to sightsee. So on the first day, we did a big shop at the Sainsbury’s, and did any top ups, and ice cream runs at the Nisa. The Nisa staff and the gift shop staff, are so friendly, welcoming and helpful. There’s also a laundrette, which takes coins, but you can purchase tokens and there’s a ATM on site too. We booked the swim park and the archery. The swim park staff were amazing, answered questions and so friendly. You need a £1 coin to use the lockers, which you get back, or to purchase a locker token for £1.50. We stayed an hour, that was plenty of time to use everything there. There are changing rooms and showers too. Archery was fun, and the instructors keep you safe and very encouraging. I’d definitely recommend it. We got the C1 bus straight from the holiday park to Sea Life aquarium, it stops outside and the bus terminates at the holiday park, so it’s easy to navigate. And this made it another fun day out. The holiday park has the bus time table and fees up. Checking in and out was simple on the app. The beach is beautiful, and because most people head to the Pleasure Beach end, the beach at the holiday park end was really empty, we just came across maybe one or two other families. There isn’t WiFi on site, other then the staffed area, but walk around a bit and get an okay signal. I asked the staff for a taxi number and the one they gave me, had an app, which made booking...

We visited Seashore from 21/03-31/03 2025. We arrived and checked in, all was great and plain sailing. We arrived at our bronze caravan and have to say I was very impressed with the caravan itself, it was spacious and very clean, beds were all made up and tidy and relatively comfortable. Upon arrival we noticed there were lots of little pieces of broken glass outside the caravan on the footpath, grass and car parking spot. I swept up as much as I could but it was quite a lot. It wasn't the biggest issue so we got on with unpacking and settling in for our first night. The site itself is absolutely fantastic, it's clean and very well maintained. The swimming pool was the highlight for us, it was rather busy and noisy in there, we had our autistic son with us so we did only visit once as the noise was too much for him (would be good if Haven looked into putting on a quieter session each day for neurodiverse individuals), the pool was very clean and had plenty to do for all ages. Would definitely give the pool a visit if you're staying on site. The activities were really good too, but disappointed that only swimming is included in with the play passes, all other activities were a separate cost which is fine but some are not the cheapest. The activities staff members were all incredible and deserve a 5* review on their own. The bad part of our holiday was after visiting the onsite restaurant. Unfortunately my son suffered from quite bad food poisoning after visiting the restaurant, the waiter that served us told us that they had been experiencing issues with their freezer upon us asking for ice cream as a dessert and that the freezer had kept defrosting and re freezing the ice cream, I assumed as a food establishment they would have had the savvy and common sense to throw away the defrosted ice cream however I fear this did not happen as the ice cream was THE ONLY thing different that my son consumed, he had eaten the same food as we did prior to the bowl of ice cream, within 2 hours of leaving the onsite restaurant, my son was becoming poorly and by the following morning he was unable to keep anything inside his body for the following 48 hours and proceeded to continue being unwell for a further 48 hours. He had severe vomiting and diarrhoea and a fever and bad headache, the diarrhoea lasted for days after the restaurant visit. I called to make a complaint and was told an investigation would happen, I was then called back to be told that they had investigated and the broken freezer was not in use that night we visited the restaurant. Whether it was or wasn't doesn't tell me that they had thrown away tubs of ice cream that had defrosted. I was then asked some questions about potential allergies and what else my son had eaten prior to the visit to the restaurant and in the 12 hours after I rang to complain. I answered these questions and was told a manager would call me back. That never happened. I rang reception to ask how I go about cancelling activities that were pre-booked and paid for as my son was still too poorly to attend them. I was told by this particular member of staff that the complaint had to be sent to the central office and be dealt with by them and it could take upto 20 days for them to contact me. I am still waiting for this to happen. All in all my son got to enjoy 3 days of a 10 day holiday. Being autistic makes travelling to new places and being away from home difficult at the best of times but to then be so unwell that he spent a week cooped up inside a caravan unable to do the things we had planned made his trip horrendous. I did call 111 for him and was told it definitely sounded like food poisoning but because he is under 12 they couldn't prescribe anything to help settle his stomach and we had to keep doing what we were doing and let him ride it out. I will update my review when I have heard back from someone at the central office however we are very unhappy with how we...
