It's ok. Booked and had a party and it was a lot of effort. One website enquiry, an email and two voicemails later, they finally acknowledged the booking as if nothing had happened. They needed the balance a week before the party, so 4 days before the party no contact from them, so one email and a voicemail later, they suddenly call to take the balance with no mention of emails or voicemails. On the day, staff are too young and slow and inexperienced, taking names and food orders awkwardly and slowly at the door. Then giving us the clipboard to do it ourselves half hour into the session as they got it wrong and couldn't get all the names. But quickly told me to hurry up and do it for them so they could get the food order in.

One option for hot food is a 'hot dog' but for some reason it's a frankfurter with no bun. I asked about the hot dogs having buns and the staff just went 'no buns' as if it was completely normal for a hot dog to have no bun. Then no knives and forks. It's such an effort to get what you need with this place, whether it's a confirmation, to pay the balance, to take an order or to bring what you need 20 minutes before the end of the 2 hour session, staff tried to take all the jugs and cups away. 5 minutes before the end we told the kids they had 5 more minutes and then 3 of the young staff members just went up to all the kids and told them to get out. It was 2.08 and we had paid for the 12.15-14.15 party so lots of the kids were upset at the sudden eviction. A must go to 🙌 my 3year old loved it, had a brilliant time, found friends to play they all played nicely there wasn't a by tears witch makes my day easier 🙏 2 soft play Go karts ( once payed in you can have as many goes has you like) has room for some one to go on either little one. Bouncy castle is massive (only down full was I wasn't allowed to get on the castle with my son unless I also payed £5 to go on) but still wouldn't let that put you of. Lazer tag Food looked looked amazing 🙌 and tasted good, was nice a hot, well presented 🙏 me husband and son enjoyed it. (Also get lots on your plate) Price is worth paying if you want to go and sit for more than an hour. There's no time limit witch is grate. 👌 There is always staff on bouncey castle go karts lazer and she also kept checking on the children on the castle. Very nice always smiling and happy to help. Had 1 kids meal and 2 toasties, which took 45 minutes to come out after chasing. Asked for one with no cheese at all and clearly hadn’t cleaned the toastie maker because it had burnt cheese all on the outside. Asked for another one and explained the situation and all the girls stared blankly at me and made me feel so awkward. Then a lovely girl with curly hair who actually had some customer service said she would sort a new one. This then took a further 20 minutes, so all in all waited over an hour for our food, and to top it off it was disgusting so had one bite and left the rest. I think for a place that says you cannot bring your own food in, you need to be serving food quicker and also adhering to dietary requirements. If we go again I’ll be taking my own...
