KFC Hastings - Old London Road — Restaurant in Hastings

Me and my family have traveled to this Ore branch 3 times, normaly once a month for a treat, and have nornaly waited 45 minutes each time on average, the delivery drivers get pushed through first yet everyone alse who has botherd to travel, order at the till and collect gets left till last each time which is completely wrong when us, as the traveling customer who is willing to come direct is left till last, they have it the wrong way round. Last time my number wasnt even called out after a 50 minute wait, i had to chase up after my large, exspencive order was sat on the side in a bag getting cold with no option to get it all re-done so it was actully hot like it should of been in the first place. The delivery drivers sit around swearing and being rude, the staff argue and shout and can be heard from the dinning area and my food always end ups cold and stale with lack of items or missing items most of the time. I would be surprised if i ever use kfc again i am totaly disgusted and angry at the service and feel totaly let down and i tried to come back to give a chance and was let down time again. Best just leave this branch enless you order online for delivery, even then your in for a long, long wait. Totaly ruined...

Kfc in ore village is absolutely awful. Food is really bad. Restaurant is always dirty. Toilets absolutely disgusting with pee puddles around, no toilet roll, toilets havent been washed in very long time. Even my 4yr daughter who is disabled and has crohns disease said she rather try and hold till we get home. Staff members throwing chips at each other and chips going over counter on customers - no apology, just laughing and hiding behind counter. When asked if anyone can clean the tables so we could eat it lady only removed rubbish from top tables and didnt even wipe them.which i did and when returning cleaning spray back to place where i found it i received veey dirty looked and some mumble from the "lady" that was "clearing" restaurant and she went to the counter and asked the lady on the till if she should clean all the tables??? Well considering it was 6pm i would say there might have been other people wanting to eat in as the eat in option was still available for few hours. I don't know why I went back in... previous visits have been just as ill managed as this ones. Visited at 6.55pm with 3 customer in shop. Only to be told that 1 piece of chicken would take 20 minutes to cook. Not enough cooked up and when asked why? Was told the manager hadn't ordered enough chicken for a chicken shop and they hadn't cooked the last bag up as they were going to run out? Work that one out. No apology from assistant giving me a refund that I'd asked for, poor customer service. Kitchen staff hollering through that there's no chicken! Self service menus playing up and taking monies without receipt. Poorly managed establishment. There was a nice Lad on the tills taking my order at first and he's the only reason I'm giving 1 star, else it would have been no stars if at all possible. Have been in this shop before and if they haven't run out of chicken in a KFC, the card reading machine is broken or something else. Thought I'd give it a try on a Sunday evening... but nope still remains poorly run. I can't comment on the food as I...
