(I would give it no stars if I could)Never in my life have I experienced service like I have here, just because I was in with my baby and didn't have to pay, i was drinking my tea( tea which I purchased in his premises btw) and my baby was eating her snack on the high chair and he told me my time was up I said when I finish my tea and she finishes eating he came back and lifted my tea I said I'm not finished that yet he continued on to say I'm trying to run a business and u didn't have to pay , I offered to pay for the extra half hour I stayed ( even tho we weren't using the soft area )he said I bend over backwards for you mother's, other customer around heard how he was speaking to me , he couldn't understand that I couldn't just tell my baby to eat their snack quick In 5 minutes to get out. He doesn't know how to speak or deal with people he is just too ignorant and thinking about ££££. In the baby area all the soft toys are ripped and the toilets aren't...

Grim. Dirty & ripped soft play area for "under 5s." The area for young kids was full of older children throwing things around with a large piece of soft play narrowly missing my 1 year old son's head. No management to ask them to move to their appropriate area even though the reception desk is right beside the toddler area and in view of it. Tables were all covered in rubbish and some with no one sitting at them. When I asked a member of staff if any of those tables were free to use she said she'd find out and then proceeded to mumble something at me as she walked past again providing no answer to my question. We ended up standing beside the baby area for the 40mins we could face being there. Crushed food all over the carpet and in the baby area. Absolutely astonished that this place is allowed to be open and hasn't failed some kind of inspection/health and...

Great wee place, my kids played for hours, then had some food which was great. They do a deal, play for an hour and a half and get a meal with it, I think it was £7 per child but I am not sure at all.

The kids and the wife had the food and said it was great.

The place was clean, warm, clean toilets, secure and very polite and helpful staff.

Cappuccino was great, which is always important when hanging about for a few hours.

The big slide was a good job, must have been 8m tall by about 16m long, my kids are 2 and 6 and they both loved it.

Free WIFI was the cherry on top.
