I noticed a slow drip coming from a washed plug on the pump. I tried to nip up the plastic plug and sheared it off causing the slow drip to turn into an outpouring. I temporary plugged the hole and emailed Hot Tub World to see if they could send out an Engineer to fix the problem which involved the removal of the broken plug thread from a hard to get to place.

They were able to respond within a few days and Matt their Service Engineer arrived as per the appointed time and was able to fix the problem within an hour. He was very polite and professional and fully knew his subject.

Purchased a tub from hot tub world in 2019 and had a positive experience through the purchase and install. Had to contact them this week as the tub started to drop in water level and looks like a leak had developed. I called just after 9am on Monday morning and they had a member of staff out the same morning about 11:30. They were able to locate the issue which was a leak at the heater unit and replace this in the same visit.
