Have been regulars here for a long time however the quality has changed. Last order was also very poor customer service as ordered dry ribs but got some in sauce which my relative will not eat. When rang to state this the lady who answered could not understand what I was trying to say so handed the phone to a gent who basically implied we were just after something free when all we wanted was our correct order and for them to correct their mistake. I advised that if these were to go elsewhere that would be horrendous as we had opened them. Although we hadn't touched them I would not want to think my food had gone from house to house. When driver came to give the dry ribs he stated that if the ribs were ready to give back and not eaten we could keep them. Again the gent who sent them implying we had eaten them and just wanted something for free. Felt bad for the driver as he is lovely and it isnt his fault he just gets caught up being the messanger. Reading other reviews and the responses they are also not willing to take responsibility of anything and would rather try place blame back on customer along with being rude...

Nowhere near as nice as it used to be. £4.80 for prawn wontons that actually was pastry and no prawn, the merest of something inside but lack any prawn. Chicken and mushroom was tasteless and needs to be renamed mushrooms & carrots. Crispy beef in ok sauce had no flavour and was watery and young chow fried rice again was tasteless and full of ham, never was before, it always had a good mix of meats but not now. I thought I would order on Just Eat tonight and placed my order on my new just eat account, after 20 minutes the restaurant refused my order. I called the restaurant and asked why they refused my order and he advised me ‘we dont take new just eat customer only previous customers’ Good job we checked the order on the app. The Chinese should be grateful for any business new or old in this difficult time they all say they are experiencing.
