Variety of insect and birdlife and fantastic in spring as everything comes back to life after winter. Paths criss-cross the reserve with a wheelchair friendly path from Newhaven Fort car park to the cliff top overlooking the harbour arm. Only four stars and not five because, yet again there seem to be uncaring dog owners about, who don't or won't clean up...
