what can i say. i hate writing such negative reviews but i am really glad that i only ordered one meal from here, so £6.90 later (could have been worse) had i ordered more - so for that i am grateful. ordered a sweet and sour chicken (balls) with fried rice and separate sauce. well i say balls, they were like missiles, needed a power tool to cut through, well a steak knife just about did it. inside the dark brown hard batter i discovered some very very dry chicken, also inedible as was the batter. fried rice, so bland and not a bit of anything like egg near it. a magnifying glass spotted a small piece and that was that. now the sauce, bland again and no veg whatsoever, no mixed pepper, nor a bit of pineapple - absolutely nothing. i feel sorry for anybody who reviews this takeaway and says it's good, i have no idea what they have eaten previously to compare it to. to say never again would be a huge understatement. i should have just opened the door and threw £6.90 straight into the till and...
Read moreI've been here a few times and the food has always been to a good standard. Today I called in to the shop to order some food. It was really busy in there so asked if it could be delivered when ready as the wait could have been 30 mins. So I was told to expect it in 40 mins. After 1 1/2 hours I called and asked were the food was. I was abruptly told ( with a token sorry) they were really busy and I could expect delivery in another 15 mins. 20mins later food arrives. Obviously due to the wait I wasn't happy but it wasn't the delivery drivers fault. Opened the food to find it all Luke warm. Then it took me back to a previous visit to the shop were they had numerous orders done on the counter waiting for the delivery driver to take them. Some being there for 15-20 mins before being collected by the delivery driver. Sorry to say but they've let themselves down with this order and customer service. I won't be returning...

We got all of the above except minus one sausage and a small can of Fanta orange, the chips were disappointing, like "warm-ups" from earlier in day & reheated, not good. The one sausage was very small. £12 for that, well, I'm deleting xin xin phone number & their menu...
