Jackies Sandwich Express — Restaurant in Liverpool

Poor quality food, no extractor fans so it stinks/smokey inside. The worst part is minimum charge of £5 on card which is just a cheeky way of getting customers to spend more. I'm fully aware of transaction costs and that is not a valid reason for a £5 minimum.
