First time I came I was happy with how quick and lovely my nails looked, went for infills because I was happy from last time. However the lady in charge was rude from the start. I had run into a family emergency, got called by them to ask if I was coming. I said I’ll be coming in a couple minutes. Got answered back in a very rude tone you’re late, as if I’ve been told off that was the first red flag. Then the lady that did my nails, was uttering things underneath her breath making other employees laugh, I know she was not talking nice. The white tips, I asked for was too thick and I wanted it to look nice because I have a birthday celebration so I want them to look good. So I said I wasn’t happy with the tips. The lady who I think is in charge and doing my nails, just gave me attitude. Saying but I asked if you liked them with attitude. Told her it looked fine but kept getting thicker once I got them done. I wasn’t happy so I will let someone know. Told me I have to wait so she can fix it. I said it’s fine I’ll wait. Again uttered something about me. But of course I didn’t understand. But I’m not stupid, I know when people talk bad about me. Anyways the other people that work there are really lovely and professional. Helped fixed my white tip and I was happy. I think it was Ellen or Helen that fixed them and I was very happy with how they looked. It’s a shame that the main lady had to be rude and give attitude. Which is unprofessional and won’t make customers loyal and stay. I won’t be going again because of her. Everyone is nice apart from her. They do a good job with nails. But that was not nice on my end to receive this type of treatment. When I go to get my nails done I want to enter a safe and friendly environment. If you want to get your nails done, be careful with that lady because she is not nice and it’s not nice for someone to be unprofessional, when your just trying to get your nails done...

PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE A PLAGUE!!! THE MANAGER AND A PARTICULAR RUDE ASSISTANT MANAGER OR SENIOR STAFF WILL BE THE DOWN FALL OF THIS BUSINESS! All forms of woman especially BLACK woman please do not go to this business! All the negative reviews are true! I recieved racism , negativity and the Manager shouting ,smirking and laughing in my facw when I asked about an issue with my nails! I had my nails done here in Christmas spent almost £100 and it wasn't the friendliest experience but I thought I got them on a wrong day! I Went again and a complete nightmare never make that mistake! They refill your nails with a complete different acrylic to what you originally have on just to be cheap which makes your nails completely cloudy underneath and mess them up so you cant even have another refill done! They have underneath your nails completely uneven!!! There excuse is because I got a full nail polish on top so it doesnt matter.... ofcourse it does!! You are getting paid to do a proper service on a client!!! They preferred to mess my nails up with two different acrylic powder colours!! The sad part is they were the ones who did it previously but they wanted to be cheap and take advantage of paying clients. I Never experienced so much rudeness, racism and unprofessionalism. I deal with influencers so I could not have my nails messed up like this and it takes one review on social media to have your business credentials damaged! You never know who you have sitting in your chair!!! Absolutely terrible nail salon. I talked to the manager and her response was loud and smug! Muttering in her language with a smirk on her face absolutely disgusting!! Do people's nails properly!! They pay you! they hate black people which makes it worst!! Never had such negative experiences TWICE!! Women take your money elsewhere please !!!!

You are demonstrating your arrogance and why recently you have had bad reviews and instead of being humble and taking in feedback you have to respond with nonsense. Your staff are rude yes was late but I said was happy to wait, your shop is never packed to the brim. Take off would have been 30 mins. I went to another salon where I waited and they did it. You have had one person who I have not seen since December which is when issues happened. Take feedback and change not argue with everyone we can't all be wrong. Going back to my nail tech in London who has manners

I have been going to this salon for over a year and loved their services for nails and feet. However since Christmas the owner has had new staff who are absolutely rude, hostile and rubbish.

I had my nails done for my birthday a full set acrylic with gel and the next day the tip came off and had to get it redone.

Again had a new set and the tip came off, had it fixed at next infill and snapped off

Just came to have take off debating whether to give another chance and the rude new staff refused to see me. Attitude stinks.
