The best customer experience I have received in 10 years. I love coming in to Coal Drop’s Yard Aesop store — it’s the most zen space to wind down whilst shopping for skincare and fragrances.

The shop assistant was super unhelpful and only paid attention to people who bought something. I asked for a sample and she immediately said they don’t have it even though she never looked. To me she actually seemed racist. I wasn’t covered in brands and logos like the people she was paying attention to and I am dark skinned so maybe she thought I didn’t have the...

Love it here. I am a huge proponent of believing scents alter your mood - I always feel relaxed after visiting an Aesop. Regardless of the branch, the staff are also helpful, not pushy or obtrusive and incredibly generous with their time and knowledge.

Even the thought of a £40 room spray doesn't deter me from revisiting (and my house does smell amazing every time...
