I couldn’t be happier with my wedding bouquet from Botanique Workshop – truly the most perfect flowers I’ve ever seen! From the moment I walked into the shop to collect them, I spotted a stunning bouquet on the side and hoped it was mine... and it was! 🥹 I chose the 'Midsummer Bloom' bridal bouquet with an extra 10% customisation charge to include tulips, Icelandic poppies and ranunculus – soft pinks and peaches, no yellow, whimsical and spring-inspired. The florists absolutely nailed the brief (attached is the inspiration photo I sent when ordering). The flowers were everything I wanted and more – dreamy, romantic, and completely me. We also ordered a matching buttonhole for my husband-to-be, and that was equally lovely. It’s a big thing to trust someone with your wedding bouquet, but I’m so glad I chose Botanique. I’ve followed them on Instagram for ages, and the real thing was even more beautiful than I imagined. Ordering was super easy, and email communication was friendly and prompt throughout. The flowers were super fresh, they also smelt as beautiful as they looked. I've since dried them so I can keep the memory longer! Also worth saying – the shop itself is such a gem, full of beautiful things like greeting cards, jewellery, candles, and thoughtful gifts. A real treasure trove! Our guests couldn’t stop commenting on how incredible the flowers were – and how perfectly they suited me, which made it all the more special. If you’re looking for a wedding florist, look no further. Thank you Botanique!

We used Botanique workshop for our wedding in June 2022. I originally contacted this florist as it was close to our venue (Frederick's in Camden Passage) however, if our venue was the other side of London and I knew the flowers were going to turn out the way they did I would of still used Alice and her team. The flowers they created were absolutely beautiful, they exceeded our expectations and completely transformed our venue. All of our guests commented on how amazing they were and even now months on from our wedding people still mention the flowers! From the moment I met Alice she knew exactly what I wanted and made me feel completely relaxed and at ease, she really has such a calming presence which is exactly what you need on the lead up to a wedding! I can't thank Alice and her team enough for making our dream become a reality, if you are considering using Botanique workshop for your wedding do not hesitate as you will not be disappointed.

I had a private hand tied bouquet workshop at Botanique workshop this month as part of my 25th birthday celebrations and it was beautiful. My experience organising the workshop with the team was seamless with frequent and timely communication throughout. The day itself was beautiful and I want to especially thank our florist that taught the workshop Danielle, who made it such a special day for me and my girls. Everything was done with excellence and Danielle made it so fun. She was clear in her teaching explanation and demonstrations and handled my group of 10 with ease. A floral arranging workshop may be an unusual birthday celebration idea but if you want to do a private workshop or any of their workshop events I would highly recommend. We had so much fun, the selection of flowers was stunning and everything was provided for us. Botanique workshop is my new favourite independent florist and I wish Alice and the girls all the best.

Unfortunately they completely fell short in handling my order for my wedding. I had read on some of the Google reviews that the shop provided a bespoke wedding bouquet service. So I went into the shop to enquire only to be referred to their website by an employee who clearly couldn't be bothered, who told me they don't do bespoke services and I should just pick one of the pre-made options available on their website. I insisted and left my email address with them. After a few days I got contacted via email and they told me they could, indeed, do a bespoke bouquet and that I should come into the shop to discuss.. at that point I couldn't be bothered by their service and I placed an order for one of their pre-made options. The shop is listed as open on Sundays and so I selected the option to collect my bouquet on Sunday afternoon given my ceremony was scheduled early on Monday morning. I selected the option to pick up the bouquet on Sunday after 5pm from their menu. Lo and behold, on the Sunday, I receive a call at 3pm and it's them asking me if I can pick up my bouquet earlier as they want to close their shop earlier than the usual time. At that point I was on a train travelling home, having planned to pick up the bouquet after 5pm like we agreed. We ended up making it to their shop shortly before 5pm, stressed, and their justification was they had a team social which is why they were going to close the shop early. I was flabbergasted. Surely if they had a team social scheduled they knew this well in advance and could have alerted me well before 3pm on the Sunday of collection? There was complete disregard for the fact that this was also a special circumstance, namely my wedding, and the whole experience felt rushed and stressful. This feels like a place where you only really get given attention and the time of the day if you're spending big bucks. But for a small order of a wedding bouquet no attention or care was given....

I paid £102 for a large bouquet and was confident I would receive fresh flowers, given the mostly great reviews.

I was surprised to find a bouquet delivered to my home that was already ageing. I sent them a photo of how bad the flowers became after only 5 days.

Fresh flowers don't look this withered and crusted, until 10 or 12 days have passed. I have bought many flowers. For this price, I expected much better. However, I understand excellency cannot always be maintained and mistakes happen.

But when I shared my disappointment with them, I was told "they were in good condition, fresh and with no issues". As though I am making it up. Their courier took a photo of the delivery which must've shown nice colours. But as the customer, I saw and felt that the flowers had began losing their life, softening and wilting.

Instead of offering me some money back, I was offered a discount for another purchase, which means buying more from them. Disappointing customer service.

I won't be ordering from Botanique...
