Something must have been changed recently with these guys. Clearly they don’t care customers anymore….I used to get pizzas from this shop for years. Went to get pizzas on Sunday evening- nobody cares- the lady didn’t even bother to reply when my pizzas will be ready as the Dominos app notified me it was ready for collection so entered the shop..very poor customer service with very poor quality pizzas! No stuffing in stuffed crust pizzas- thirsty whole night after eating their pizzas which is a clear sign of dough not being matured enough before cooking. I can only suggest them to improve their standard of service and quality to retain...

Service 3rd time speaking to Derio over the phone polite and professional. Accurate patient and repeats your order. I ordered a pizza twice in as little as 9days . He recognised my voice. That says alot .. I'm really impressed..the service has improved. Well done..we have been ordering for over 15 years. He's excellent at making you feel calm even when your indecisive he gives you undivided attention....

Hair in Pizza, from female blonde hair lady making the pizza, got a refund. Reported to Environmental Health Lewisham Food Hygiene. They must wear Hair Nets to prevent this from happening again. The poor attitude of the staff and poor customer service from them was despicable. Don't order food from there unless you want a mouth full of someone else's hair. Failed to also put any Frank's hot...
