A variety of trees scattered amidst the landscaped and manicured surroundings enhance the cemetery which presents as an admirable feat of administration, management, care, upkeep and dedication. This cemetery is exemplary. Sobering and poignant and ever so quiet here.

A lovely quiet cemetery with War graves, also the last resting place for a few famous and influential people. Most well-known of these is Billy Fury. Accessible by car and public transport via the 221 bus. There are also public toilets on site and two disabled parking bays.

I originally visited for the first time some years ago as I'm a big Billy Fury fan and wanted to see his grave. Visited a few times since over the years to lay flowers on his birthday and anniversary of his passing. Very peaceful and interesting cemetery and I always take a good walk around to look at the other graves. The only downside are the toilets.....not well kept or clean. Spiders and cobwebs in there. I do my best not to use them if I...

Rude, disrespectful staff beeping at you to leave the cemetery, no one to help you to find a grave. Came here to visit my other half's grandmother we couldn't find the grave as the website is terrible and so are the staff. Honestly who the hell beeps at you in a graveyard. Have...
