I have known Brendan for years and use to work with him back in the day in catering. Back then he was an amazing chef hence why I knew I wanted to hire him later on, but my lord his food is somehow even more incredible now he’s working solo! I hired Brendan to cook a 3 course meal with canapés for a hen do. Firstly the canapés were out of this world. We ate so many that we all struggled to eat our mains! The 3 courses that followed were such a great size and tasted sensational. We were all very quiet for a Hen Do as we were just so happy eating our food. We also had a few dietary requirements (coeliac, vegetarian, non alcoholic for the ones who were pregnant) and he was sooo understanding and accommodating to all of our needs. It must be said that although Brendan’s food is outstanding, he is also just a genuinely great guy who is so lovely to work with and have at any event (I may be bias as I have known him for years). It’s safe to say I will be calling him again and definitely using his local takeaway nights.
