Lovely experience I don't know why the other review said Ben was useless when he served me yesterday he was very competent and profficient at completing my order of a bacon roll and 2 sausage rolls in a quick amount of time will definitely be back soon if Ben carries on with his brilliant customer service. He is truly the best customer service person always serving with a smile and spoke very clearly to me helping guide me through my order...

Watch out with Greggs/JustEat. In the last week in Maidstone I’ve ordered from two different places and the drivers aren’t delivering the orders. I’m raising this with Greggs corporate because it’s unacceptable. Today I placed an order the app says it’s delivered but it’s not. They have people scamming the system at JustEat and it seems Greggs aren’t...

Great food, great prices and always busy but this store the App seems to not always be working!

Queued up for over 10 minutes to be told the App isn't working, so had to put my stuff back and leave as I had 3 free items to redeem. At least put a sign up at the door to say the app isn't working.
