Edit: Since Maisie has left and new staff have taken over, who are friendly and polite, my one star review has become a five star!

Terrible service by Masie.

Came here with the Mrs to order food that totalled £23.63. As we entered the premises, I didn't have a mask and was asked politely by the tall chap working to wear one. I advised that I didn't have a mask but was happy to stand by the front door whilst my Mrs ordered. The gentleman then went to the back and provided me with a mask so that I was able to enter the building.

All of a sudden, I hear this woman (Masie) telling telling off the gentleman. From the discussion, I could tell that the woman was not happy about the man giving me a mask to wear.

I asked the woman what her name was, which she gave me. She asked why I wanted her name. I said I wanted to leave a review on Google. She then proceed to tell me that it's not her problem that I didn't have a mask and that I should have come prepared. I said ok, thank you for your comments. I paid my bill and we left.

So not only did Masie moan at her staff, who did nothing wrong, she was rude towards me when I was happy to stand by the front door.

What great...

Absolutely Poor service received today at 21:37, the lady who was closing was so Rude and having not in a mood to sale your product at all, she turn all the machine off, I asked for veggie patty she said we don’t have it so I go for the veggie delite option, then the another lady who don’t even know how to cut the bread and burn 🔥 other bread twice and when she start filling my bread with salad I found out they do have veggie patty so I asked the running lady and she was absolutely rude and arrogant and can hear she swearing 🤬 at me in front of my kid and my son said daddy why this lady Swearing at us, so I just walked off but this behaviour need to notice and either sack this staff or boycott this store from selling or cancel the franchise. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from one individual (the one with the wart on his cheek) was pulling faces at me like he was on something heavy and thought it was ok to insult me. I walked out before I had very strong words with him. I think this person needs to be reviewed on his customer service skills. I’m not sure if the staff are being recorded but i strongly suggest management look at around the 3:30 mark of today....
