Cottage Chippy — Local services in Manchester

Tried this place today, we ordered fish & chips and some salt & pepper chicken wings. The fish was neither cod or haddock was told its “white fish” had no taste, the batter was thick and soggy really poor quality. The chips were not fresh instead hard like cardboard. As for the salt & pepper wings they were “interesting” saturated in oil had no crisp on them just soggy batter, the portion of wings was all flats no drums and really low quality chicken.
