Ordered this, delivered after 2 hours.

Place refused a refund or replacement and hung up the phone. They are too busy to deal with it, is what they told me

They are expecting me to scrape this complete curry mess off the cardboard box to eat.

This is a combination of 6 Currys and sides all crushed and exploded in the bottom of the box.

100% would not recommend. This isn't the first time. I usually give places a few chances before reviewing.

The first time the place charged me for a delivery that never turned up. I had to then get my bank to reverse charge it as they wouldn't refund me for a £40 order.

So, when they told me to mention this when I come back next time, I'm 100% certain there will never be a next time.

I doubt they will refund or sort this order out....

I've come to Manchester for work and was recommended Crown King and they delivered straight to the hotel. The food arrived piping hot and I believe it was one of the managers who delivered our food. He was very polite. The food was exceptional. The onion bhaji was so crispy and tasted of fried onions. Delicious with the mint raita. We had naan,chicken pakora, rice ( fluffy sepeate grains, perfectly cooked) chicken bhuna, chicken korma, chicken tikka starters ,poppadom, chips. The portions sizes are good. Vile. I phoned in for a collection order. Walking into the building was a shock...filth, empty containers and random office chairs everywhere. I had to wait for 30mins for my order and I saw staff washing raw chicken in a hand-wash basin, cooking will wearing outdoor coats and mixing cooked and uncooked food with the same utensils. My food was undercooked...samosas were frozen in the middle because I watched them fry for 30 seconds, maximum. All the food went...
