Famous Indian — Restaurant in Tameside

First time customers. Certainly won't be the last! 5* quality from start to finish! The customer service was impeccable. I rang to see if they'd deliver to OL7 (given they are all the way nr Denton golf club) after reading the fab reviews on Google. Surprisingly the lovely man on the phone agreed and said this once we will. Took the order and told me it would be 3/4hr.

The driver was so nice, he was here within 30mins. The food was piping hot, no need to be be reheated, and tasted the freshest I have ever eaten from an Indian takeaway. It was all absolutely delicious. My friend had a chicken madras but there was so much she couldn't eat it all!

All I can say is thank you to all the guys at Famous Indian.. We've not enjoyed takeaway food that good in a long time. See you...

Honestly the best Indian take away ive ever had. Im Asian myself, so curry is a staple food for us but sometimes the Mrs doesnt want to cook and i couldn't cook a curry to save my life! So when we order curry, its a substitute rather than a treat. That being said, its very hard to find authentic tasting curry. Look no more because the Famous Indian is as authentic as they come! The wife and i were pleasantly surprised at the taste and quality. We ordered the Lamb Naga curry and Chicken Garlic Chilli with lamb chop starters. Top notch food. Top notch chef! Cant recommend it enough....

During my short stay in Manchester, I preferred to have some Indian cuisine and choose Famous Indian. Based on its rating on Google.

Ordered dinner for two consecutive night. Same dish different ingredient.

I ordered both chicken and lamb biryani. Shockingly it's the same fried rice I ordered previous night. Only few pieces of chicken and lamb decides the name...
