UTTERLY DISGUSTED..What a horrible service, little dark haired guy messed up order after I said to him twice what it was as questioned price, was rudely told to just go look at the menu as he made up the order. I was confused So for a third time I said order was wrong.. He talked to me like I was crud for his mistake! Really nasty, Literally threw my change into my hand and gave order over with a 'here' with no apologise just rudeness talking over me saying he asked twice! I told him thrice what the order was!! What a horrible rude service!! I was very calm and polite as usual and then had him talking about me and my order in a language I couldn't understand which by the tone was unpleasant also since he had to remove the extra order he had charged me for. I ordered chips and gravy, and honestly, it was a real let-down. The chips were bland to the point of tasting like nothing at all even a sprinkle of salt couldn’t rescue them. The gravy wasn’t any better: thick, clearly from a tub, but completely lacking in flavour. Not lumpy, just gloppy and dull.

It’s a real disappointment because the service itself was perfectly fine. The young lady who served me was polite, warm, and friendly no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the food just didn’t match up.

What makes it worse is that I remember this place being much better years ago and I’m talking 5-10 years back when I used to come down here to visit my Nan. And did so yesterday to visit my Nan and It had a reputation for decent food, but sadly it seems to have really gone downhill. A shame to come back and find it’s lost the quality...

Last two times we've had food from here it's resulted in being ill.. seems they cook their food in used engine oil and try to get that lovely 3 day reheated crispy coating. The curry sauce is possibly the blandest thing ever known( brown lumpy sludge) the only redeeming feature lis they give you half a sack of potatoes per portion ( ideal if you have no taste buds and weigh 400lbs plus) kebab is like shoe leather and I think they put it through a grinder because it's such small slices.. probably rather starve than subject anyone to this..
