Krispy Foods — Restaurant in Milton Keynes

I want to give the benefit of doubt as it was an hour before closing time but the quality of food doesn't give it any justice. The food was not cooked properly. I spent a total of £21 on a double burger meal, jumbo sausage meal for my sister and a couple tubs of Ben & Jerry's ice cream. What do I think of the food? Well I didn't get a chance to eat mine as I tried a chip from my sisters meal and it tasted like rubber and left a horrible after taste in my mouth. That immediately put me off my food. My sister said the jumbo sausage was really greasy which I understand, but she also said it tasted like kebab meat. As it was my first time there I wasn't sure what the quality was like. But after my sister complained about the food I searched up the reviews and what you guys had to say put me off my food even more. Another issue is they refused to give me a reciept for our food, and because of that they refused to give me a refund. Its safe to say I will not be returning. The real question is would I recommend this? The simple answer is ABSOLUTELY NOT! Update- I just had a bite of my burger and it's safe to say, never again! It was disgusting the second I put it in my mouth it tasted like a chewy wet paste and I did not know a paste could be chewy. The burger itself had a rubbery taste and the bun was absolutely drenched in grease. Please whatever you do never and I mean never go there. If I had my way that place would be shut down...

Same old story I was a regular customer a couple of times a week and I left a negative review in the past, but decided to give them another chance and the delivery driver said any problems in the future just let them know and they will correct it blah blah blah. Anyway fast forward to last wek and one piece of the chicken is pink in the middle, only one so I left it until today when I placed yet another order. After placing my order they try telling me the chicken was pink because some pieces are bigger, not that they didn't cook it long enough. After 1h20mins the order eventually arrives even though I'ts only a three minute drive. Of course it's cold so I phone and tell them I would like hot food like I even asked them for when I placed the order, I'm phoning like your driver told me to but It's up to you I can go to another chicken shop in the future if you want. No no we will be with you within 30 mins of course after another hour I phone again now this is the fourth call, to be told the re-order will be with me in 20 mins, I said keep the food I won't be ordering from you again and tell your driver I phoned like he told me to and hung up on the guy. The good thing is chicken shops in Bletchley are like banks, there's always another one...

I asked a very simple question how many pieces of chicken do I need to order to get it cooked made to order, as I didn't want any of there dried up left over chicken that has been left on display when It should of been thrown away. The answer was 8 so I said OK I'll have 8 and was told the wait would be 45 mins to an hour, after an hour and 10 mins I called and asked where my food was, to be told the driver had the wrong door number, than he himself went to the wrong door, and than said they could come back out. I never even bothered asking if they really went to the wrong address than how come no one phoned, no I just said well as he went to the wrong door number at least I don't have to worry about him going to the right one and hung up. For some strange reason the guy decided to now call me back and wanted to now come back out, so I said after you clearly lied about the first hour why would I want to give you another hour and explained to the guy why I hadn't used his dodgy company in the last 12 months and clearly nothing much had changed.
