Waited 8 weeks for a mattress!

We had just moved and were sleeping on an air mattress. My partner has chronic back issues too, and we explained all of this to the salesman. We were clearly in need of a new mattress as soon as possible. We were told it would take 4 weeks (which was only mentioned after we paid), but after 6 weeks we heard nothing and had to chase it up ourselves.

The mattress had been delivered to store "a while ago" but hadnt been put out for delivery. We didn't get any apologies or explanation for the huge delay. When they finally sent it out they only sent one person to deliver the mattress, which definitely required two people.

The mattress itself is great but it was 2 months waiting and following it up ourselves without any apology. Really poor customer care after the money was...
