Nasty lady who works here really needs to learn some manners. NOT how you treat paying customers!!! Was very understaffed when I visited with limited selection of sweets as they hadn’t been restocked and no water! Any Present Staff were very slow with no real urgency there is honestly more movement out of my Granda who’s been dead for 6 years!

The best Family run shop in Newcastle! i love this shop it has everything you could possibly want! great atmosphere all round and i think that’s down to the staff for being so kind and generous to all customers! i’d highly recommend going to the blondish girl for help as she is someone i won’t forget a real superstar who made my experience a lot better!
