Let's preface this review by saying that this location in particular is great. Friendly and helpful staff, nice food, quick delivery, all that is great. This KFC store is a shining example of how most (if not all) the KFC stores in the country should be, and I enjoy coming here on a regular basis.
Two slight changes I would like though, but this goes to KFC in general in Northern Ireland; bring back full sugar pepsi, and improve the ability to swap drinks/sides around for custom orders. The latter point is easily solved by asking for help at the desk so that's not so bad, but not having full sugar drinks in a chain that serves fried chicken for almost every menu item is a little silly. I personally have slight intolerance to suger-free drinks, so getting drinks in separate places kind of messes up the way I'd like to order meals here.
That said, KFC in Northern Ireland is generally of a much higher quality than other countries I've heard of (never encountered any "horror stories" such as from Australia or the US) so this is really only a mild nitpick that juuuuuust keeps me from pushing it to 5*. Bring back Pepsi regular? Then you...
Read moreThis is the cutest KFC ever. I was served by the nicest lady and I hope she is doing well. The place was not busy and the food was ready in literal seconds! Wow. It was hot and fresh and I’m enjoying the £5 offer. There are also baby chairs which is very cute that you care about the wee ones. Hope they’ll get to enjoy this KFC just like I did once they grow up! By the way the place is also very...
