Stoned & Hammered — Local services in Norwich

We haven't even bought anything from here and it was our favourite shop following a visit to Norwich a few years back. We were looking at the shop from outside and taking photos (we love the name!) when the lady came outside and invited us in. We told her we were spent out and were going the next day but she insisted. The items on offer looked amazing and we chatted with her for a good 15 minutes. She had a story for every item, too. I was really happy to have found this shop. The designs are well considered and beautifully made, the displays are unique and very tasteful. I’m not very experienced in jewellery shopping but this was exactly the place I was hoping to find; quirky, classy and full of personality. Lisa sold me some ‘cascading o’s’ after long deliberation and then never bat an eyelid when I decided I preferred the Ginko earrings ( which she swapped them for). I purchased a dragonfly necklace from Stoned and Hammered whilst on holiday in Norwich. It's beautiful and I get many compliments when I wear it. Sadly I damaged it and I contacted Lisa to see it I could get it repaired. She was a delight to deal with, she repaired it really quickly and returned it to me the next day. She really cares about customer service as well as being hugely creative and talented. I would definitely use this artist again. Beautiful ideas...
