I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the meal I recently ordered from your establishment on 04/08/2024. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory, and I am compelled to bring several concerning issues to your attention.

Firstly, the food was delivered to me in an unacceptably cold state. As a customer, I expect to receive hot and freshly prepared food, especially when ordering from a reputable restaurant like yours. Cold food not only diminishes the dining experience but also raises concerns about food safety and hygiene.

Moreover, the quality of the food was significantly below the standard I have come to expect from your restaurant. The ingredients seemed stale and poorly prepared, leaving much to be desired in terms of taste and presentation.

Most alarmingly, shortly after consuming the meal, I began to feel ill. My body temperature has risen, and I am experiencing symptoms that strongly suggest food poisoning. I am very concerned that the food I received was not handled or cooked properly, leading to this unfortunate situation.

I have always enjoyed dining at your restaurant and have had positive experiences in the past. However, this recent incident has left me extremely disappointed and concerned for my health. I urge you to investigate this matter thoroughly to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future.

I am requesting a full refund for my order, as well as an assurance that steps will be taken to address these serious issues. I believe it is in the best interest of your restaurant to maintain the high standards that your customers expect and deserve.

Miserable and surly delivery driver. Food cold and inedible. The fish which supposed to be cod but was haddock, was definitely going off. Even the cat made a hasty retreat when offered some. Chips hard and bitty. Batter was like soggy cardboard soaked in grease. The lemon wedge had been microwaved to pulp and had soaked into the chips. The curry sauce was like brown water. The mushy peas might have been the saving grace but along with the rest of the meals they were cold. It all ended up in the bin and we had to settle for cheese sandwiches and cake. 27/12/2024 Tryed to order says open but they are closed still carnt keep updated, this place is becoming hopeless, there food is going down hill anyway, had orded a few week back and its just sloppy, they just dont care anymore just like most takeaways now days.
