Absolute shambles. Ordered through Just Eat. Food arrived and was asked for a security code to release my food to me. Which turned out to be for someone else anyway. Contacted the branch to be told they had been trying to repeatedly ring my wife, which they hadn't and wouldn't have made a difference anyway as the food was still wrong. To then be told we would have to go and collect our correct order as it was still there and they didn't have a driver (ordered for delivery and delivered by, a driver 🤷). After arguing the point, the correct order would eventually be delivered if we handed back the untouched incorrect order and sent photographs to just eat, which we supplied. So our original order arrived, stone cold and with a pathetic portion of curry and peas (also cold). I would do yourselves a favour and make beans on toast for tea, as I wish I had...

I have been coming here ever since it opened, I really loved it at first, but the last several times I have been my order has been wrong or had items missing. I’m not sure what is going on with them, today I had enough and went in to complain. I was greeted with nothing but animosity from the woman on the counter, she blamed my partner as she was the one who ordered originally. I left all of the food I had paid for on the counter and went elsewhere.
