So me and some friends thought we'd try this new burger joint. Dont be fooled by its appearance because the food was probably the worst I have had. I do not usually leave reviews but after todays experience I thought it needs to be done.

I ordered the spicy chicken burger. The burger was STONE COLD. There was literally no spice to the burger and the burger was very basic and had no salad. Pretty much tasteless. Chips - The only item that was hot and the only item I emjoyed. I had a mixture of different salts on the fries that added lots of flavour. The only thing id recommend. Drinks - Coke tasted like water since the cup was pretty much full of Ice. Chicken Wings - Once again stone cold. I feel as though they too had been fried in the morning and left there all day. The chicken within the wings was black and had a very funny taste. These all went in the bin. Would definitely NOT reccommend. Potential food posioning! Parmesan chicken Legs - Stone cold and had absolutely no flavour. It pretty much tasted like boiled chicken. These too went in the bin. Prices - RIDICULOUS! Costs approximately £8-10 for a meal that is tasteless, cold and potentially rotten. Could get much better quality burgers within the same area at a much cheaper price.

Overall I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I would not go back even if they offer the meals for free and I would definitely not recommend any...

Just thought I would let everyone know what the level of customer service is like at the take away. 1st of all I’ve been using this takeaway for quite a while now spending a fortune every week, at the start the food was fantastic with no issues, then over the past month or 2 they started to get my orders wrong on quite a few occasions but I let it go as mistakes can happen. Then the best bit I ordered some food and they got every item wrong on the order after spending £27 on 1 order I phoned them they blamed the deliver driver for picking up the wrong bag however what are the chances of someone else ordering the exact same items as me even down to the specific sauces!! Upon me calling the takeaway the person who answered the phone gave me 2 different names to who I was speaking to and said just come in to the takeaway and we will replace the order.i went into the takeaway the next day and they refused to keep to the word and replace the order even tho I brought everything back. Safe to say I will not be using them again and they have lost a very good customer due to their poor customer service and lack of...

Extremely disappointed as was looking forward to this after all the hype on SM.

If the owners/shop staff are reading this make sure the chicken fillet is fresh and piping hot. The filet was lukewarm as was the spicy sauce. The burger should have had steam coming out of it when I took that first bite. Shame as the burger were flavoursome.

The skin on fries were piping hot and quality, however, where there’s competition, that doesn’t charge for peri salt and sauces, around the area they need to dispense with the extra charges ASAP. Paid extra for the peri salt, it was tasteless. Better off sticking to normal salt.

The soft drink was carbonated and was rank, again, with competition around that provide canned and bottled drink why have such a cheap option.
