Had a rather bad experience with this place. Ordered 2 party buckets and paid extra for Large sides. Got home, the 2 sides I paid extra for were missing, the fries were literally just chucked into the bag, and the mini filter burger didn't have the correct bun on it, it was a standard bun cut in half. I called them and the lady I spoke to said she would give me the 2 sides and extra fillets for inconvenience, I agreed so I drove back, on my way there I was thinking, by the time I get back home the food will be cold so I'll ask for a refund instead, baring in mind I spent £46 there, for me to have missing food and Co food. I explained that she didn't have to give me the extras or sides and that I just wanted my money back. She looked at me and said she can't refund me without me bringing the food back, I said that's ridiculous so I've got to drive all the way home, bring the food back just to get a refund. We'll, they made me feel horrible, they gave me the impression they thought I was lying about it. Anyway, I drove back home got the food and brung it back. The manager (not proffessional) being petty, was scavenging through the bag to make sure I'd brought it all back, she says Where's the other bucket I said that the other bucket was fine it was just this one I wanted the refund for. She looked annoyed like it was my fault. Anyway, she finally gave me a part refund in the end. I'd driven there and back home 6 times in one night, I was starving and went elsewhere and had a better experience with an Italian takeaway. Safe to say, I will never go back to this KFC the staff are very under trained in customer service and the manager well, she is very rude. If you do go here make sure you check your order before you leave, it will save you coming back and forth over 6 times. By the way, never ever order it on justeat to be delivered, I can guarantee they will miss something...
Read moreAwful managememt: Head office will be informed. I can't believe what I just experienced. I went to eat in and before paying I confirmed everything that I ordered to make sure it was there. The boy at the till responded by saying yes but what do you know I check the receipt 2 mins later and they had double charged me. I understand that mistakes happen, so I asked a person at the till to look at the receipt and she made it out like it was my fault 🤦🏼♂️. Absolutely disgraceful. I told her to get the manager who's name was PAULINA and she acknowledged it was their own fault but didn't even apologise. I then had to wait approximately 40 minutes for the food itself. They most likely did this on purpose because they were having an ego trip. Terrible customer service! I couldn't even believe it. What i did notice is that these people were eastern european and it seemed like they couldn't understand or speak english. They just seemed to mumble even when I politely asked them to speak up. Read moreAppalling! I ordered a few meals for a take out. Whilst waiting for my food I saw several customers in front of me check their meals and point out discrepancies. I took my food home without checking thinking surly the discrepancy is a one off. I discovered that they had missed one of the meals. I rang the store fuming about the missing meal as one of the family members was without their order. The person on the end of the phone asked for a receipt no which I couldnt find straight away. I pointed out the time of purchase and transaction no with my card sales receipt but this was not acceptable. Eventually I found my receipt and the staff member took a note of issue and casually said "next time you're passing by, come and collect the missing meal and I'll give you 8 wing for free." What about the issue with the missing meal now? Clearly very short sighted and not appreciative of the fact that right here right now , someone was missing a meal that they had paid for and wanted to eat tonight.
