Myself and my 9 year old daughter had the most amazing experience today. The two natalies and michaela made us feel incredibly welcome. The chat just flowed and they were so friendly. Not like the usual awkward chit chat you get in salons. We both had pedis. Our toes are immaculate and couldn’t be more chuffed. I had a back massage which was incredible. Uncomfortable at times, as much needed tension needed relieving, however half way through I ended up dropping off into the intense relaxation zone and drifted off to another place far from earth! I also had a leg wax and Natalie couldn’t have been more through. When she realised she couldn’t get every hair out due to different lengths of re growth, she proceeded to attentively pluck out every tiny remaining hair. My legs have never felt so smooth from a wax. I have never received that treatment from any other salon. Upon leaving my daughter asked “ mummy, can we come back tomorrow?” I have promised she can go along with a friend for her birthday. Thanks for the superb service ladies. I would like to thank the fabulous team at The Lavender Spa. When I first arrived I was asked if I would like any refreshments, a fairly extensive drinks menu. The ladies she has working there are just so professional, I have been to many spas in my time and I am so glad this one is local to me but would have to say I would travel now that I have found The Lavender Spa! What is very handy, is she is open late on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I first went for a facial and neck massage the Therapist was very good, oh my that did the trick for me I was just so relaxed . I emailed The Lavender Spa Wednesday night and the response was very quick, they were fully booked on the date I asked for but gave me alternative dates, when I was free. I arrived and was greeted by a very professional, happy lady! Danielle! I was having a Spray tan and hasn’t had one for ages! She made me feel comfortable and told me exactly what to do!
