I am sorry to write this but when you don’t listen to your customer who has been coming to you for years then this is what happens and as you don’t reply to any negative reviews you clearly are not bothered. I specifically.asked for no onion with my madras tonight as last months was over the top I have just finished half a madras as you must of doubled the onion I picked out half a plate of onion have you over ordered or something I knew my dish wouldn’t be 100% onion free but tonight’s meal was the last straw my meal was ruined after you said there would be no onion. I’m sorry to write a poor review but I ordered some food and when it arrived it was cold. Ok, so I understand that the person delivering was busy so I decided next time to collect in person and when I arrived home it was cold. Again!!. I called to complain and someone brought some food round that was hot 🤷‍♂️. I asked for the manager to come but he didn’t bother and the person delivering the food asked for the cold food back which made be extremely disappointed as It was as though they didn’t believe me. The sauce in dansak and jalfreezi was absolutely the same: sweet baby purée with no spices or taste difference whatsoever . Dansak had only 3-4 lentils in it and 4 pieces of lamb and jalfrezi had just one pepper and lots of onions and 5 chicken pieces. Complete joke. Tikka tasted like it was steamed for a toddler.
