Visited here on the 20-02-20 with my 10 year old daughter, and 25 month old son in the half term break. I have given 3 stars as this was a good play area, at a good price. However, it was absolutely packed out. I did expect it to be a little busy due to the fact it was the school holidays, but I was surprised to find that there was no sign in book and people were still being allowed in even though it was already so very crammed. I was forced to spend the first 15 minutes holding my children’s coats and shoes whilst watching out for a table as there wasn’t one spare. When I did manage to get a table, it was right at the back near the go carts and this area was extremely crammed! Me and my children could only use 2 sides of the table as we couldn’t get to the other 2 sides. Walking around the play area presented problems too as there were so many children running around. Yes, it’s a play area and that is what children do in these places, but this was something else, it seemed chaotic to me! I witnessed several children crying because they had been hurt whilst I was there, including my toddler. Another problem was there were quite a lot of big children in the toddler area, the ball area was full of bigger children and at no point were these children asked to come out by staff - by bigger children, I mean children that were definitely over 10 and could easily hurt a younger child if they fell on them. This play area does have plenty of good points, it’s cheaper compared to some others I have visited, the food is a good price and there is plenty for the children to do. However, if I was going to visit again, it would be when my younger child was a little older and more robust, and I would absolutely avoid the school holidays.

My Great grandaughters 4th birthday party held here. She and her guests were seated in a room all decorated like a grand party room complete with chandeliers! It was lovely. They had two kinds of crustless sandwiches, crisps of different types, little sausage rolls, I've cream in little dishes. You can choose which food you want in a package deal. There was 3 different flavored squash on table in the big play area tables and chairs. My grt grandaughter loves Paw Patrol so her Nanny paid for one of the characters( from a different buisness) who danced with the children. Had photos taken with character, played pass the parcel. A great success and loved by all the children, who didn't want it to go. There's a counter and menu if grown ups wanted a drink hot or cold drink and snacks( chips, pizza , ect). There are two more rooms to book. A great place and I think value for money.

My little girl had her birthday party there yesterday and I cannot praise the staff enough they were very welcoming, polite and attentive. Did not expect the amount of food and variety they offered and was pleasantly surprised how accommodating they were too as we had a vegan and they offered a vegan option too. Food was amazing, the play area was exceptionally clean as well as the party area šŸŽˆšŸŽ‰šŸ‘šŸ¾šŸ˜. We will definitely be returning in the future so the kids can have a fun active play and enjoy a bite to eat šŸ˜ā¤ļø

First time visiting the place yesterday. Stumbled across this place whilst looking for somewhere to take my son. The website really stood out to me in regards to what was available. Really great layout, plenty to do for my son and his friend, and wasn't overly busy when we arrived. My son really enjoyed the Jurassic area with the go karts. Thought this was really cleverly laid thought out and my son is currently going through a massive Dinosaur obsession. The baby area and toddler area where by far the best I've seen. Really tailored to the ages.

We didn't end up eating however, the food did look delicious and so did the cakes!!

Lovely clean environment. Definately will be visiting again soon.

Only downside was how early the staff started to clean. The website and the notice on the door states 6:30pm closing time on Saturday however, staff members we're cleaning as early as 5pm which I thought was inappropriate. I understand there was only us, and two other families there but it would have been more practical and professional if they'd waited for us to leave - in regards to the hoovering. I was having to constantly dodge the hoover which wasn't ideal or great. Made me feel a little uncomfortable and as though we we're being rushed out.

On a positive my friend lost her bank card whilst in there. Luckily a staff member found it and she was able to get it back. Luckily the staff members we're incrediably through with there cleaning as it was found in the ball pit!!

All round a...

First time visiting since pre COVID and I must say I am impressed. Never been a huge fan of this place as it's normally grubby and always have to throw away socks after we've finished as they're filthy. However, today the whole place was much cleaner, carpet looked fresh and surfaces were clean. Toilets were clean and each cubicle had spray and paper towels so you can wipe the seats, this I was impressed with! Also the sinks are taped off to allow distancing. I hope the staff keep up with the cleanliness going forward. There was still the same amount of tables and chairs in the area, which were too close for my liking but the place was quiet so today this didn't prove a problem. I believe they are only allowing a certain number in at a time so you will be relying on common sense from people not to sit too close, if people use the brains then there shouldn't be an issue. Will definitely visit again soon and hope my experience is just...
