Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Rotherham

Been in to have some food before shopping, there was 1 member of staff front of house who seemed to be doing everything, the tables were obviously not being cleared as I counted at least 10 with plates etc on. There was no clean cups and hardly any cutlery which is not surprising as there’s no staff to clean up. We usually have food regularly but in our opinion you need to get more staff in especially at busier times those poor ladies that work in there are always rushing around trying to do 3 things at once, gone down hill drastically and never seem to have anything in like sweetener, chicken burgers, always running out of beef burgers. The coffee machines are rubbish as either 1 is not working or the cappuccino or...

Decided to try out their breakfast. We went to the self check out (would probably recommend going to the till instead) There wasn't an option for no beans on your breakfast but the picture showed beans in a separate small side dish. So ordered it. Nope! Breakfast came beans all over everything. Ordered two pots of tea, at to make it ourselves. Paid almost £30 for 3 breakfasts and 2 pots of tea and a hot chocolate. At to make the hot chocolate our self's with a machine, it was simple to use, just press the hot chocolate button. Apparently they must've ran out of chocolate because it was just warm milk. Says they are open until 6pm serving food, we arrived at 5.29 and are told we stop serving food at 5.30 in which it litterly went to 5.30 as she said that and refused to put our order in!

If you stop serving food at 5.30 you should state that. Also get some staff who arnt rude and act like you have disturbed them! She was an old women with scruffy hair!

The place looked a mess also which isnt a suprise as it always looks like...
