Puntopizza & PERi-PERi Grill — Local services in Sandwell

Visited on Saturday, ordered over the phone before leaving from hagley, as had 3 of my friends children with me ( 4, 7 and 9) and was keen not to have to wait. Was told it would be 20mins for pick up. Arrived 20mins later, informed I called only ten minutes ago, checked on phone and 22 mins since call made. Pizzas were being prepared not yet in oven. Parked in front of shop as thought only picking up. Due to the wait children out of car with me. As pizzas coming out of oven asked by staff member acting as manager to move my car as he had delivery. Stated that i would in 1 min as the pizzas were coming out of oven, and to move the car I would need to get children back in the car, he yelled something at me about moving it now and I said I could not leave the children to move the car, although I said this calmly he yell at me in front of the children that I was rude and was banned. Given that we had patiently waited at this stage for over ten minutes. I was very surprised and confused by this type of inappropriate reaction and did not make any comment back. Hence, why I feel the need to place a review online.

This kind of approach to customers is wrong. Apart from having to explain this to a 4, 7 and 9 year old

I recently ordered takeaway from Ebi's Pizza and I have to say, it was hands down one of the best pizza experiences I've ever had. The owner, Ebi, truly goes above and beyond to ensure that his customers are satisfied with their meal.

The menu offered a wide variety of pizzas made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. I decided to try the special mix pizza and I was blown away by how delicious it was. The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was flavorful, and the toppings were perfectly cooked. It was clear that only the freshest ingredients were used in making this pizza.

The service was also exceptional. Ebi was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making sure that my order was prepared exactly how I wanted it. The pizza was ready in no time and was still piping hot when I got home to enjoy it.

I can't recommend Ebi's Pizza enough. If you're looking for a delicious takeaway pizza made with fresh ingredients and served with amazing service, look no further than Ebi's Pizza. I will definitely be a returning customer. Thank you, Ebi, for a truly memorable dining experience!

Considering this is a peri peri specialised place, you would have thought they actually make their own authentic food. But no, they do not. Instead of making their own peri peri rice, they give microwaved Uncle Ben’s rice instead! Not only do they do this, but they charge you £3.99 for it! Even though it’s £1.25 In shops. If you want to serve a shop brought product, it would be nice to actually make your customers aware that it’s not yours, rather than advertise just peri peri rice. Of course any customer is going to think it has been made fresh considering it is is a peri peri shop. Appalled! Avoid the...
