The food, although frozen, is fresh and conviently packaged in 500g sausages. The mincing of the meat I get is coarse but thats ideal for me as my dog, Eric, doesnt like 'smooth' food. Massive amounts of choice that fits all pockets and tates. Wierd and wonderful treats and snacks that are all natural, nutritional products Eric loves the staff more than he loves the food and he loves his food. Although he's barred from entering when Michelle is working - what's a few drops of wee between friends - she is still treated to the occasional 'face press', which for Eric is about as good as it gets. We went here as we wanted advice about raw food as one of our dogs was loosing weight before our eyes. We had spent thousands on vets bills which led to no answers. We had nothing to loose so we arrived here to be greeted by Michelle. Michelle was so knowledgeable regarding all the products they sell. Our dogs have been on VOM and the difference in them is staggering. The one who was loosing weight is now the picture of health. Fabulous products, Well stocked and knowledgeable staff.

Today we also used the VIP fields for the first time. Fantastic fields, very clean and maintained. Brilliant exercise for dogs and for the kids chasing them 😂

Highly recommend doggy VIP. I buy a months worth of raw food from them at a time and they make it so easy for me - I message with my order and they pack it all ready for pick up on the same day. So friendly and went above and beyond at Christmas when I was late putting my order in and they still managed to sort it for me.
