Five Eleven Chinese Takeaway — Local services in Sheffield

The only reason I've given two stars instead of one is based on previous experiences, which have been nice food and good service.

An hour and a half after ordering our food, it still wasn't here. We reached out via JustEat, who told us that the restaurant had informed them the food was out for delivery and would be with us within ten minutes. Twenty five minutes later, after more than two hours of waiting, and after the food being 'on its way' for twenty five minutes, we got a cancellation notification.

I understand restaurants having issues but communicate that with your customers, and don't blatantly lie - clearly our order wasn't on the way when we were told that it was.

Will no longer be returning to Five Eleven, which is a shame as we previously really...

My go-to Chinese takeaway. I've ordered a good few times now and have absolutely no intention of going anywhere else anytime soon. The food has always been delicious without exception. The portion sizes are generous and the prices very reasonable. The salt and pepper king prawns are just awesome. What I really appreciate is having the confidence to try dishes I haven't had before because I know, even if they don't particularly please my palate, they will be good quality and of a very high standard. Five-eleven definitely gets five...

Pre ordered on just eat for when they opened. The only time slot was later than we wanted but this place was recommended as nice . Got text to say courier on way . Then 5 minutes after food was expected order was cancelled with no response explanation. Called to be told they didn’t have tofu. I asked why the rest couldn’t be sent or maybe order cancelled an hour ago when open and was just told sorry . So now starving and finding an alternative despite preordering...
