Pizza4 you — Restaurant in Sheffield

We have used this place for years. But something has changed recently. I don't know if its management or just care but for the last 12 years. This has been our go to place. As they had always promised us two thing, seperate fryers and if it would ever change, they would notify us and care while cooking as my wife has coeliacs disease. Today they seemed really off that we waited over an hour for our food and asked where it was. And in return, they put batter in my wifes food, after YEARS of trusting this place. They know the damage this can do to her. I cannot believe it. I am without words and would never trust this place again. We have been going there since, Pizza GoGo (the former name since the takeover) and even when they did a poor job at quality or even quantity we just got on as people do. But to poison the very food you know is damaging to your customers, i cannot believe you would go so low over us complaining about timekeeping. Its safe to say we will never use you again. I understand they never advertised as gluten free, but over the last 12 years they have said to give us confidence, to use seperate fryers with gluten free chips and take caution whilst cooking.
