Ordered from there website waited 1 hour says online food still cooking rang up to be told they didn't have our order after 5 minutes on phone they fund our order and said they had issues with the online ordering system took another 35 minutes to arrive again delivery driver appologised for time taken said he's had it all night problem with system opened order to find no Donner meat or causes on grill special kebab see photo added rang up to ask if order could be corrected to be told they would just send me some kebab meat but would be about 45 mins said I wanted the full kebab redelivering as we had already waited over 1 and a half hours to be told it's not his fault they are really busy very bad customer service he eventually agreed to resend my kebab out had to wait 1 hour 15 mins minutes still no kebab rang back to be told Kebab is on its way then had to ring back after a further 20 mins to be told they were doing it now it would 15 mins to do it rang after another 25 minutes to be told kebab was on its way this was at 22.55 with the place closing at 23.00 and we originally ordered at 19.40 for kebab to arrive all in all it took 3 hours 30 minutes from kebab to arrive chips were cold and again no sauce on kebab absolute joke terribly service terribly attitude and rude staff the delivery guy was lovely felt sorry for him stay clear wont be ordering from here...

Would leave zero stars if I could the place is an absolute joke. Ordered food last night at 7.36pm was supposed to arrive for 8.50pm which then got changed to 9.50pm by 10pm still hadn't arrived phoned up to be told its on its way and will be 5 mins still wasn't here 30 mins later so phoned again to be told the same story it was definitely on its way by 11.30pm still hadn't arrived phoned numerous times just to get cut of then finally got through again told them we wanted a refund as the food still hadn't arrived they said ok but they were also still sending food aswel yet nothing ever arrived and doubt il be getting a refund either,...

The chicken was dry and hard 5pc and the grilled chicken kebeb tasted cheap and rubbery , chips were cold and soggy with grease, feel like charging you for the toilet paper ill need after eating that I'm sorry but it was horrible you need to work on you're cooking, I can tell the temperature of the oil was too high for the chicken , part of the order was missing no pop no sauces really really bad , also the batter diddnt stay on the chicken and where the better did stick it was burnt and the free garlic pizza is also really dry and greasy , please work on you're cooking skills before you open...
