The pizzas were palatable at its best, but the customer service is far than worst. We've ordered multiple times (as it's the only few halal food nearby when we were hungry and no time to cook after work), but this time we had a strand of hair in one of the pizzas which immediately make me feel like throwing up. Called the shop (same phone number that we called to place order), the phone operator didn't really pick up what I'm saying and just said 'you've called the wrong number, we are only taking order'. After being adamant to just proceed with complaint he then just said they'll resend it, WITHOUT SAYING A SINGLE SORRY. Waited over an hour for delivery when originally said 45 minutes then when the food got here all chips were piping hot but soggy and overcooked very brown looking chips which just tasted like grease as though they’ve been stuck in the microwave. Chicken wrap was very dry the wrap was literally hard, chicken also dry and just thrown together no salad on or anything with no option to add salad. Ordered a chocolate pudding they sent a completely different pudding and when I rang up all they could say was it’s similar to the chocolate pudding but it was at all. Burger was okay. Disappointing. This has always been a favourite takeaway of mine and never had any issues until now. The last 2 times have been dreadful. You now have to request salad on a burger.....? No options to tick saying whether you do or don't want it. So had a chicken burger turn up with no salad, and no mayo (even though mayo requested) just a dry burger. Called up to try rectify it, as a resolution they said they'd resend one. Delivery came, they sent a box of lettuce and tub of mayo, which by this time the burger was cold.
