I ordered online and luckily I chose to pay on collection.

When I got to the shop it was closed.

So my order was taken online yet the place wasn't even open.

I didn't go on your social media account and if you are closed you need to update your website so others aren't trying to place orders. At least I opted to pay cash on collection otherwise my card payment would have been taken.

It's not my fault your website was still open for business and I think your attitude stinks in your response.

The doughnuts were amazing. I was very impressed! The only issue was when I was told the milk doughnuts were out of stock. I asked about my options and was told I could choose between milk or regular doughnuts. Then I was informed that the milk doughnuts were actually out of stock, which confused me. Ordered a milkcake, cookie dough, and profiteroles.

Milkcake was great, would have it again.

This is where things went downhill. The cookie dough wasnt baked properly at all. Incredibly oily at the top, and the inside was more or less raw. Unedible and not enjoyable.
