Superdrug — Local services in Sheffield

I like the selection of shops, pity the Cafe in Next is a Costa as this makes it 2 Costas on a smallish site, l do like Costa but it would have been nice for a change. The Specsavers is Good and nice staff. I live in Derbyshire so it is a Good place for me to do shopping, browse the shops have something to eat. I have pets so it is handy to get some bits from Pets at Home and Wilko. But beware though there is only a 3 hour parking limit and it registers/photos your number plate on entry then on exit. I have had 2 tickets the first l had no idea of parking payments and restrictions in these retail areas, lm 70 plus and usually shop in small areas where you just go about what you want to do. The 2nd time l bumped into some relatives one from York and one from Calver, not seen in a long time and stopped to catch up and so went over the time limit. If you want to have a meal and also do shopping in several of the shops 3 hours goes quickly as you are queuing and waiting etc. I think it is very unfair all these restrictions to shop all for the greed of land owners who will have been given very substantial amounts from each of the businesses who are there, and they don't like it as people often cut short their visits. I think out of the 2, l would rather pay per hour for when l want to shop, so l...

I cannot believe for one second we needed this here. Why oh why oh why Sheffield council approved it is anyone's guess. They misjudged the access, traffic, parking ... The only way in is via the dual carriageway and this was already busy.. someone needs their heads knocking together. There is a perfectly suited site not 1 mile away where proper parking and infrastructure could have been implemented .. Lightwood.. ball dropped guys.

That said. I do walk across and use some of the shops. But honestly, most of the time I drive as you can't do your shopping by foot. .. and if I drive (and I can practically see it from my window) everyone else will too, so why didn't they just put it somewhere else. ??

Avoid the beauty studio at all costs! Had my brows done yesterday, which I had made a point in not touching for a good couple of months so I could get them nicely shaped and tidied up, well they were in better shape before having them done! Well let’s just say, I should have just spent the time doing it myself. I have been left with hardly any hair on my brows, everyone would always say how I have lovely brows, well not anymore, I am gonna have to leave them again so I can at least get the length back. I understand brows aren’t always twins, which doesn’t bother me, but at this rate they ain’t even sisters or even friends at this point. Giving 1 star is pretty generous, but unfortunately I don’t have any other choice and can’t leave 0 stars. Come on Superdrug, find people who actually know what they’re doing and stop stealing...
