We took advantage of their buy one get one free pizza offer for their Monday Madness. We ordered online which was easy enough and our order was accepted straight away. It was stated that the time for delivery would be 60 minutes. After 1 hour and 10 minutes I called as food hadn’t arrived and was told it was the next order out of the shop. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I called again and was told it was 5/6 minutes away. The food arrived after 1 hour 45 minutes. Pizza’s are doughy and under cooked. The base is thick and had a line of raw dough through the middle. Very stodgy and quite disappointing. Doner kebab and curly fries were nice. Overall long wait for food and under whelmed...

Literally the best in the whole of Staffordshire without any word of a lie. Mouthwatering would be an understatement to describe their food. I religiously order from Valley’s, and have never had any issues with their customer service, food quality or delivery! The staff are ever so friendly too. I have to apologise to these guys. I was told that the order was wrong and I challenged this on the phone. They replaced what was thought to be the error. Leaving me with incorrect item. Next delivery 15 mins with replacement item was still incorrect I'm told.
