Won’t be back down a passive aggressive male member of staff. If I had read the complains before hand from others I wouldn’t have booked. If your child uses a bottle or specific cup or is fussy with drink or food or if you have a baby book somewhere else 🫣

There was a group of us 4 adults 7 kids and we spent £160ish between us in total accross drinks for us all, mains and deserts.

One of the girls we met up with brought us some Halloween cakes she made (to take home) which were boxed on the table. Another one of the girls had a bottle of water which she always takes with her (she also bought a coffee, x2 cakes, x2 meals plus her water was unopened). We also had 3 of the kids who use specific bottles / sippy cups and won’t / can’t drink from anything else.

This man approached us like a bomb 5 minutes before the end of our time coming accross very argumentative spitting your not allowed them in here. Words were crossed asking why, explaining the cakes were boxed, the water was untouched, we’ve spent an absolute fortune in here, some of kids need their own cups, there’s no need to go on like that x y and z. He was also pointing complaining at a packed of baby melt sticks that one of the mams brought in for her weaning baby (even though the fun jungle don’t provide baby snacks) he said this was not allowed and the baby would have to just not eat. He just kept repeating himself being very controlling and passive aggressive.

Even if we didn’t spent a penny on site and brought a full on picnic I wouldn’t expect a bloke to approach some younger mams the way he did. He could have came across and and said girls your not supposed to bring your own stuff in here please see the signs for next time.

Me and my friend went to the fun jungle on the 9th July 2024 and it was the first time we had ever been there. We had been told it was a great place by so many. So we called ahead in the car park and was told we had plenty of time to attend toddler time and would receive Juice and toast. However me and my friend were stood for 20minutes, this was from being inside and outside the establishment. While being outside we tried a few times to recontact the number we had rang previously and no answer. While outside we could see two staff members openly smoking in uniform in the car park. We were approached by two couples asking if it was busy inside as they had seen us for a while as they pulled up. Due to about 4/5 staff ignoring us. We left.

UPDATE Following this, the owner emailed myself which was quite nice to hear that he cared about his feedback and asked me to remove the rating. Which was understandable however upon my response, I had no then heard from them until the 17th July 2024 at 18:16 (6:16pm) stating that we were not there as long as we claimed. That he was going to post our conversation and just seemed quite rude.

As much as I have been told that this place is a very nice place, and great for kids. I’m just disappointed that the kids we were looking after never got to enjoy it and we’ve had such backlash and excuses for staff not even acknowledging us when we tried speaking to them or even that we were there. The owner kept stating it was “one girl and it was her first day” however three women behind the counter ignored us and one on the floor. The manager also asked why we didn’t speak to him when he opened the door for us “apparently ” but as stated this was our first time being there and the only man we saw was not in any uniform or had...

Not one to normally leave bad feedback but I can not help myself today. My child's meal was .. we'll have a look for yourself it's fit for the bin not only that but I had to go back later on and ask for the juice that went with it. I ordered two tuna melt paninis that were cold and cheese was not even melted and missing the crisps 😠 My bill total said £18 but when you add up the costs it was cheaper not by much but still not the point. When I went to question this the lady behind the counter got all defensive and said it was because I had cream and Marshmallows (1 marshmallow may I add) on my hot chocolate they came at an extra cost however it's not showing on the bill... Buttt the menu says cream included 🙄 I was only curious to know why the costs didn't add up and was treated like i had robbed the place. After returning to my seat I could see her keep talking about me to everyone behind the counter ... at this stage they were all looking over at where I was sat Everytime she finished a sentence. To top it off I put money in one of the machines and it didn't work back up to the counter to be told they couldn't open the till without the manager and I'd have to wait for my money back, finally 10 min later I got my money back without a manager being there 🤔 I will not...
