Greggs — Restaurant in Tameside

All bakes including vegan festive bakes were all way undercooked. They were pretty much see through. The goujons could have broke all our teeth, they were that solid. They were delivered to me through UberEats at nearly 7:30pm and the box is timed for them to be taken out of the hot hold at 3:30pm! Not surprised they are solid! That's just disgusting and lazy leaving them there which I'm assuming for 6 hours! Which its 2 hours not 6! I wouldn't have been bothered if it wasn't food for me and the kids after work and school and us all tired and wanting...

Food was really cold, at least let customers know , and maybe greet the customers too ? Had a cheese and onion pasty and it was as if it had come out of the fridge ? I was really annoyed? Several times my son has been waiting in the queue and when he gets to the front he is completely ignored. My daughter went in with him before. She was served and then he was next and once again he was ignored while the woman behind ordered. Always the same person serving that ignores him. Going to be using another bakery from now on.
