Today another big let down, after a phone call asking if the disabled scooters were in use again, i was told yes three new ones are in store , awaiting the Disabled

Again I went in only to find the same scooters in a row not one person had a clue as to where the key was So the manager came and found one on the security desk Only one went It wasn’t nice as it kept slowing almost to a stop You feel daft if it won’t keep up with walkers
I won’t use this store again A ride to Morrison’s is next I think Your loss Tesco my £200 a week won’t be lost I am sure but I will at least be served in the warm Johnny

Comon Tescos why is this going on, cant you try harder, Next time i ring will you tell the truth PLEASE, Parking for disabled isnt easy, so a lot of Disabled are using the store Get your act together, Dont let this Scooter thing get out of hand, oh and why am I the only one willing to put there name to complaning ?

Read moreMe and My husband are a disabled couple. We had ordered groceries for a price of 271.92£. The order should arrive on Tuesday between 20.00-21.00. I was waiting, but nobody arrived, nobody called, so at 22.00 I called customer service. I have been told that there is a problem with the van and our shopping will arrive before 23.00. I was waiting until midnight. Still, nobody arrived, nobody called us. In meantime, our order status had changed to "delivered". The next day morning, I called customer service again and I have been promised that our order will arrive later evening between 20.00 and 21.00, so 24 h later. We have been charged for the amount 271£ and money has been taken from our account. Again I was waiting few hours from 20.00. Again nothing happened. The order didn't arrive. Nobody called us. In this situation, I decide to visit Tesco Hatfield personally. Unfortunately, the manager was not able to tell me anything about our order. He had no clue about anything. I have been suggested that we ordered too much water. This is not the first time when I was told that we are ordering too much water. In past, I was asked by the driver that "do we not have a tap at home?". I would like to underline that we are both disabled people. My husband is using a wheelchair and I am using a disability walker. Now, because of that situation, we are staying without shopping and money. Because we have been charged almost 300£, we do not have money for another order from elsewhere....

The manager at hatfield on the .com side is a joke no messages from them no calls was told the by the driver the one who should be doing the round never turned up for workso they had to split the van down rather than the manager get in the van himself and drive the 10 delivery's, head office customer service cannot even get hold of the manager or the store on any contact number, I would be concerned that you are unable to make contact with your own store so tesco "every little helps" it would help if you contact your customers to advise of issues, helps if if you keep them posted should there be further delays, helps if you get more staff answering the customer service lines so customers are not left on hold half the evening. In tescos case every little doesn't help. Tesco may as well give you time slots of am or pm just wait in we will be there when we want Waste of time company will place orders with a company who turn up when they...
