Awful company to work with. The designs were not what we were looking for. Had to hire another company to do our design for two billboards then had the print them. I did give them the wrong size so the printed the wrong size but told the owner they knew the size was wrong but printed what I said. I had them re-print in right size but later found out they only printed 1 of the wrong size but charged me for 2. Called they said they thought it was only 1 but yet billed me for 2. Was able to get a refund for 1 that they never made.

My fiancé and I worked with Caleb and 10:9 to design and print koozies for both our wedding, as well as my bachelor party. I will absolutely use them again for any printing I’d ever need. Caleb was prompt and informative and kept us appraised through the whole process. We had a few vendor issues, that pushed printing time back twice but the staff at 10:9 honestly could not have handled it better. We were made aware of the steps to remedy the problem and Caleb made sure to make everything right. They went above and beyond to make sure we were happy even with some issues that were out of their control. I had asked to have a vinyl banner done for my classroom to honor Down Syndrome Awareness month. I had a design in mind, and I had submitted that idea, via email. What I got back was a complete shock to me and well above my expectations. It was beautifully designed, and crafted. It was a perfect size, and the colors were spot on, as the colors for DS are blue and yellow. I couldn’t be more happy with the craftsmanship, the professionalism, the customer service, and over experience of 10:9 Design. I would recommend this company...
