TX Tees — Local services in Abilene

They are liars!!! My husband brought in a Victoria secrets bath robe to TX Tees in Abilene and told them that we wanted it monogrammed but did not want a patch on it. I had it marked with a pinned piece of paper on the correct side of the collar I wanted it located. When it was ready my husband picked it up, it had a monogrammed PATCH on it. The robe is polyester and the patch was cotton making the patch very stiff on a very soft robe. It looked like a big badge. My husband texted me to let me know what they did and I was not happy. Their explanation for putting on the patch was that the robe was too fuzzy and you couldn’t see the letters. I took the robe back to express how I was not satisfied with the work that was done and the patch was actually on crooked. I asked why didn’t they call me first to get permission and could they undo what they had done? The owner said they did what they thought was best and they couldn’t undo the work because it would tear the robe. I then said I wanted a refund for the work and the robe they ruined. The owner said he would refund me the money for the monogram but not the robe because I didn’t buy the robe from them. After some arguing, the owner finally agreed to give me a refund for the work and the robe. I left satisfied but little did I know TX Tees had started to monogram the initials on the wrong side of the robe’s collar and put the patch on top to hide it. I do have pictures to prove it. I found this out because I was curious if I could take the patch off but doing so did tear the robe. I have been using Apparel Depot/TX Tees for a year plus now and they have failed me over and over. Today was the last time I will be using this company. I brought in 4 shirts Monday at 8:00am I told Tanner I needed these shirts by the END of the day Tuesday, if they were not going to be able to get them done I would need to get them back so I could go somewhere else. He said he would call me if they were not able to have them completed. I called several times at the end of the day Tuesday no answer, I went Wednesday morning at 8:00am and they were closed. The owner stated they did not open till 8:30 but their Facebook, google and voicemail all state they open at 8:00am. I now have company representatives headed to a conference with no shirts. Beware!! I ordered 1 item. At checked out I had only 1 item. My email invoice shows 2 items. It did not show 2 items when I purchased. Tried to cancel after serval times reaching out to them. This company is not customer service friendly. No person to answer calls, automated responses and there was limited ways to communicate with them via their website which is referred to on their phone lines. Their website says orders are delayed due to Covid. Yet I get a response back saying it’s too late to make any changes. Sounds like a scam. You can not return or get refunded unless there is a defect with the item. Disappointed and feel taken advantage of. After reading other reviews... not sure if I will get...
