I have had the pleasure of S&S services on several occasions, we moved from Austin to Abilene and wanted the quality and service that we had in Austin here in a smaller town. I was extremely pleased with the service provided on all installs we had from S&S The guys "get it", meaning they are in the business and not only in the business but they keep up on the new innovative tech services that are available. They keep up on the new products and can easily install any wish list that you are asking for. The guys are friendly, they speak to you in a manner that you can easily understand, they provide suggestions that make sense and they are making suggestions that make sense to you as a consumer, meaning they are not going to UP-Sell you. I had the pleasure of having them here for my first initial install on our new home and was impressed to the point that they have been here on 4 additional occasions for upgrades and new ideas. If you are thinking of adding new equipment or upgrading this is the team that you want to hire. Personable, polite, Abilene friendly, and you will want them back for anything AV that you desire. They treat your home as if it is their own home. I have additional projects in the future and this is the only team I will call to provide A/V service. ...

Daniel and JT were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful during the selection of my home theater equipment. They were able to answer any and all questions I had without hesitation and made me feel as they were part of my family during the install process with how kind and careful they were in my home. UPDATE - August 13, 2024: lowered to 2 stars. I’ve tried contacting them via email and by phone with voicemail. It’s been several months with no response. I did follow up several times. I’ve no idea if they’re still in business or what.
